Yishun 10 will be redeveloped into residential building with street-level retail podium
Yishun 10, which houses Asia’s first multiplex cinema, is set to be redeveloped into a mixed-use development comprising mainly residential units and a street-level retail podium.
It current operations are thus expected to cease on 2 March 2027, said owner Frasers Property in a press release on Tuesday (2 Sept).
