We’ve just come through a spate of ultra cool, hotpot-approps weather, but the heat has never stopped us from enjoying this perennially loved dish. For those of us who are still just the slightest bit conscious of communal steamboat-ing, Singapore’s newest restaurant import lets you have your cake, and eat it too.
