Tom’s Palette reopens at Middle Road with unique gelato and waffles

ICYMI: Tom’s Palette has just reopened at 51 Middle Road! One of the OG ice cream cafes in Singapore, they’ve been around since 2005. They were previously situated in Shaw Towers, before moving to their Bugis location in 2020. Tom’s Palette is most known for their unique gelato flavours with an Asian spin.

At this revamped space, gelato fans can look forward to choosing from a whopping total of 36 flavours at any one time. Tom’s Palette has 120 gelato flavours in their repertoire, which will be rolled out on a rotational basis.

The latest addition is the Maple Pecan, which stars pound cake soaked in pure maple syrup, toasted pecans, and fior di latte (milk) gelato.
