Plus65 Cheesecake has whole cheesecakes in Jalan Pelikat

I love cheesecakes in all forms: molten, Basque, soufflé—I don’t discriminate when it comes to my favourite cake flavour. So when I started seeing viral TikToks of Plus65 Cheesecake, I immediately sent it to my editor with a not-so-subtle hint to send me down to cover it. When she said yes, I was over the moon.

Tucked away at The Promenade @ Pelikat, Plus65 Cheesecake’s entire menu revolves around a single item: a Signature Basque Burnt Cheesecake. The dessert is freshly baked in-house daily by owner and baker Aileen, who brings over 10 years of baking experience to the shop.
