Sarawak Mega Fair 2025 has kolo mee and laksa at Suntec City

Foodies, get ready for a culinary adventure to Borneo without hopping on a plane. The first-ever Sarawak Mega Fair is happening from 16 October to 19 October 2025 at Suntec City, bringing over 50 exhibitors that showcase the Malaysian state’s unique food and culture!

Organised by the Sarawak Trade and Tourism Office Singapore (STATOS), the fair highlights Sarawak’s diverse food culture born from its 34 ethnic groups and rich natural produce. Visitors can look forward to tasting authentic dishes rarely found in Singapore—many prepared by Sarawak-born chefs and homegrown brands. There will be around 30 food-related booths at the fair, including seven to eight stalls with live cooking in action.

One of the biggest draws will be Sarawak Delicacy, known for their Sarawak Laksa that’s prepared with over 30 herbs, and Kolo Mee. Founded by Sarikei native Agnes Wong, the stall currently has multiple outlets across the island, including Tampines North.
