Taylor Swift struggles through Singapore concert, leaving fans concerned for her health

Taylor Swift fans have been left with concerns about her health after the American pop star struggled through a recent concert in Singapore.

The Midnights star is in the midst of a massive global Eras Tour juggernaut taking in five continents — and it seems it might be taking its toll on the 34-year-old.

In a video shared on social media, Swift is seen repeatedly coughing and clearing her throat as she sang the song Delicate for a 55,00-strong crowd at Singapore’s National Stadium.

“Hope she’s OK, she’s been coughing,” the social media user captioned their video.

Others who had been at the concert shared that they were concerned about Swift.

“I was there and so worried about Taylor,” one fan wrote.

“Oh, she needs some rest,” wrote another after watching the clip.

“I bet it has more to do with drastic weather changes in different regions,” one fan suggested.

Said another: “I can only imagine how exhausting it must be while on tour, giving it (all) with every performance.”

Swift had only a few days off after wrapping her Australian leg of the Eras Tour with a four-concert run in Sydney.

Her first of five concerts in Singapore kicked off on Sunday, March 3, with another concert on Monday night.

She now has a few days to recover, playing again in Singapore on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Then it’s off to Paris for four concerts from May 9–12.

It’s understood that fan meet-and-greets are not included in Swift’s tour schedule to minimise the risk of her getting ill.
