Steak Sudaku has affordable Omi Wagyu beef from $16.80++

Omi beef is rare in Singapore and notoriously expensive—the only other place we’ve reviewed that serves it is Ushiyama Yakiniku. That’s a shame, because this Wagyu is considered among Japan’s finest, prized for its exceptional marbling and rich, buttery flavour. Fortunately, Steak Sudaku makes it more accessible, offering Omi beef dishes from just $16.80++ across its three outlets nationwide. As Singapore’s largest and only importer of Omi beef, it’s able to keep prices relatively low.

If you’re looking for the most affordable Omi beef option on the menu, that’s going to be the Omi Beef Diced Steak ($16.80++), which gets you 100g of the prized Wagyu on a hotplate. Unfortunately, we were not served this cut, so we’re unable to comment on its quality
