Singapore raised a total of $92.4m in 2024.
Singapore led Southeast Asia in healthtech and life sciences funding in 2024, raising $92.4m across 14 rounds, Traxcn reported.
Jakarta followed at a distant second with $9m raised, whilst Kuala Lumpur comes next with $592,000.
The top funding rounds were also from Singapore, with HealthifyMe raising $20m in Series C, Biobot Surgical securing $17.9m in Series B, and Allozymes obtaining $15m in Series A.
Singapore’s Mistletoe ranked fourth amongst the most active accelerators and incubators, whilst Cocoon Capital placed fourth for VC seed, ZIG Ventures fifth for VC early stage, and Marubeni second for private equity.
