Mr. Lim Hua Min, Executive Chairman, PhillipCapital Group;

Mr. Linus Lim, Chief Executive Officer, Phillip Capital Management;

Dr. Li Wen, Chairman, China Universal Asset Management;

Ladies and gentlemen, good morning.

2. On behalf of SGX Group, a warm welcome to our guests, both local and overseas. Thank you for joining us this morning. Today marks a significant milestone, for Phillip Capital Management, China Universal Asset Management, Shanghai Stock Exchange and for us as well.

3. With this listing today, we now have three ETFs under the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Singapore Exchange ETF product link. I am encouraged by the progress.

4. This new ETF further fortifies the collaboration between SGX and Shanghai Stock Exchange. It also enriches the ecosystem for our issuers and market participants, paving the way for more vibrancy in the ETF space.

5. In recent years, SGX has been actively broadening our China ETF shelf to support the RMB’s global integration. This is a strategic move to enhance the accessibility and attractiveness of RMB-denominated assets to investors worldwide. With the launch of this ETF, the China focused equities and bond ETFs make up over 25% of ETF listings on SGX.

6. The successful collaboration between asset managers across Singapore and China through the ETF product link also sets a positive example for future cross-border initiatives and symbolises the close relations between our two nations.

7. I’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate Phillip Capital Management and China Universal Asset Management on this successful ETF listing and I wish you continued success in your partnership.

8. Finally, our appreciation to the Monetary Authority of Singapore, China Securities Regulatory Commission and Shanghai Stock Exchange for your partnership and support as we continue to work together to bring more products to the ETF Link. Thank you.
