QR code menus here to stay post-Covid-19 as eateries say they improve operations

SINGAPORE - Scanning a quick response (QR) code to view a menu is no longer an uncommon sight these days as more eateries turn to technology during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Such menus, initially adopted to reduce physical contact between staff and patrons, will continue to be part of the dining experience in the post-Covid-19 world, eateries told The Straits Times.
