SINGAPORE – Taiwanese singer Cyndi Wang has disclosed what she did in Singapore during a whirlwind trip here earlier this week.
The 42-year-old performed at a local company’s annual staff dinner on Jan 7, singing her hit songs such as Moonlight (2004), Honey (2005) and I’ll Be Fine (2005).
On Jan 9, Wang posted on Chinese social media platform Xiaohongshu a video of what she did during her visit.
“What did I do after the show?” she wrote in Chinese. “I had pepper crab and went for a walk after having my fill.”
Wang said at the start of the video that even though she was staying in Singapore for only two nights, she still had to eat the “delicious” pepper crab.
She went to Long Beach Seafood restaurant in Robertson Quay, and was seen wearing a bib as the camera panned around the table, with her staff making different funny poses.
After the meal, the group walked past the Singapore River and passed by Alkaff Bridge. The group then sang the birthday song for one of the staff members.

The career of the Cyndi Loves You (2004) singer has enjoyed a second wind after she appeared in the third season of Chinese reality singing show Sisters Who Make Waves in 2022.
