One Prawn & Co opens at New Bahru with XXL prawn ramen

If you’ve followed One Prawn & Co‘s journey since they started, you’ll know that they’ve just opened a swanky restaurant in New Bahru. The brand has come a long way since its humble beginnings, starting as a hawker stall at Golden Mile Food Centre, before moving to MacPherson. FYI: Their MacPherson eatery has since rebranded to Zhup Zhup.

Fans will be happy to know that Chef Gwyneth Ang, who has cut her teeth at the renowned Burnt Ends and Forlino, continues to run the show at this new restaurant.
