An old man was repeatedly failing to pay his shopping bill. The situation gradually became embarrassing, and the surrounding environment also became uncomfortable. At this time, a small initiative by a stranger changed the whole situation.

The incident started when the old man went to pay for his products at the cash counter. He tried to use the card several times, but it failed. Then he got worried and took out his phone and called his son. 

He tried to calmly explain that he did not buy much, just some food. However, the son’s reaction was harsh and unfriendly. He said, “Why did he come to shop if he had no money?” At this, the old man broke down even more and stood helpless.
