Ban Lan’s Orchard outpost marks the brand’s first foray outside of China. At the helm is Chef Sun Xiao Yang, a decorated Michelin-starred chef with several culinary accolades, including the prestigious “Chef of the Year” award by the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide in 2024.
