A long-serving teacher in Russia resigned after unintentionally displaying inappropriate content during a physics lesson for 13- and 14-year-old students.

The teacher, identified as 62-year-old Razif Nurgaliev, had been teaching for nearly four decades at a school in Tashkinovo village, near Neftekamsk.

Laptop Still Connected to Projector

The incident occurred when Nurgaliev attempted to access an online journal on his laptop, but an unrelated website appeared on the screen.

Unbeknownst to him, his laptop was still connected to the classroom projector, making the content visible to the entire class.

A student then secretly recorded the event from behind a textbook, and the footage quickly spread online.

School’s Initial Response Sparks Backlash

Despite widespread outrage from parents, the school initially defended Nurgaliev, arguing that he was a well-respected teacher with an otherwise solid career.

Additionally, school officials even suggested that students may have played a prank on the veteran educator.
