Located a seven-minute walk away from Hillview MRT Station, the quaint shopping mall may not be the first place that comes to mind when you’re planning a dinner date or family meal. Despite its lowkey vibe, HillV2 is home to numerous F&B options, including a Korean barbecue joint, legit Italian restaurant, and a high tea spot.

Bring along some friends and a big appetite to MrSeven, a casual restaurant known for their nostalgic local favourites in generous portions. If the Cheesy Pork Skewers ($16++) and Spicy Pork Fingerling ($16++) fail to impress, order the Beef Rendang ($19++) instead, which features meltingly tender beef shins braised in house-made rempah.
