Haagen-Dazs has new macaron ice cream with Pierre Hermé

Heads up, if you’ve got a sweet tooth: Haagen-Dazs has a new Macaron Ice Cream Collection that’s launched in collaboration with famous French pastry chef Pierre Hermé! This weekend, pop by the Orchard store for a cheeky scoop or two, as the shop is decked out as a chic, Parisan-inspired garden for a limited time only.

In case you didn’t know, Pierre Hermé is renowned for his French macarons. Hailed the “Picasso of Pastries”, the pastry chef has even written a cookbook that’s all about nailing the dainty macaron recipe.

There are three new macaron-infused ice cream flavours as part of the series: Double Chocolate Ganache, Strawberry & Raspberry, and Yuzu & Lemon.
