Mini Bae is a new Korean bakery with mini croissants at AMK Hub

If you live in Ang Mo Kio and are fond of sweet treats, we have just the news for you. A new Korean-inspired kiosk has opened in Basement 2 of AMK Hub, offering mini croissants and other bakes with a pay-by-weight system.

The treats here are freshly baked daily, with a rotating selection of flavours that changes weekly or fortnightly. When we visited, options such as the Mini Jeju Matcha Butter Croissant were sold out, but we hear it will be making a comeback in the weeks to come.

The simplest option here, though no less tasty, is the Mini Honey Butter Croissant. Priced at $2.80 per 100g, which gets you around three pieces, this light, flaky treat was wonderfully buttery, with a layer of sweet honey for extra flavour.
