In case you haven’t noticed, Eatbook has been busy reviewing many of the top hotel buffets in Singapore, including Colony and Lime Restaurant. Therefore, it would be remiss of us not to stop by Edge at Pan Pacific, another juggernaut in the scene.

Edge’s buffet is certainly on the pricier side—the most affordable option, the Lunch Buffet (available from Monday to Friday), costs $72++ per person. But does the food live up to that price?
