If you’ve been keeping up with China’s food trends on social media, chances are you’ve come across Yi Man Fen Dessert (怡满分糖水) AKA Sugar Rush. The wildly popular dessert chain is set to make its first-ever overseas debut in Singapore in July 2026, marking its first expansion outside of China.

Founded just two years ago, Yi Man Fen has grown to more than 90 outlets across 14 Chinese cities, earning a loyal following for its handcrafted sweet soups, shaved ice desserts, and tea-based beverages. Here’s what fans can expect at their upcoming 313 Somerset outlet.
One of the brand’s signature desserts is the Grand Slam 100 ($5.80), a hearty bowl featuring fresh milk, grass jelly, peach gum, white lotus seeds, red beans, and chewy handmade sweet potato balls.
Another bestseller is the Grassava 100 ($5.80), which pairs brown sugar cassava with snow fungus, corn germ, peach gum, handmade sweet potato and taro balls, and the brand’s signature giant bursting taro balls, finished with a drizzle of fresh milk.
