Tonkotsu ramen is the name of Menzo Butao’s game. The dish comes served in three different types of broths: Butaō (white) pork, Kuroō (black) garlic & onion, and Akaō (red) spicy miso. If you’re overwhelmed by the sheer number of choices available on their menu, start with the safer options such as the Tonkotsu Cha Shu Ramen ($12.90++). Alternatively, mala lovers can opt for the Mala Cha Shu Ramen ($12.90++) which comes in three different spice levels.
