Cha Mulan is a new stall with unique Chinese tea drinks

There have been a few unique beverages concocted to help soothe ailments, cue Koi’s and Woobbee’s versions of pi pa gao bubble tea. But Cha Mulan might just be the first to conceive beverages inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). 

Our first sip was the Radiant Mulan ($4.90) with Artisan White Peach Oolong tea. We liked how this beverage gave us the best of all worlds: chewiness from the peach gum, tartness from the goji berries, and a smooth gelatinous texture from the snow fungus.
