Three men charged over alleged corruption, falsification involving security firm

Three men were charged in court on Tuesday (1 Sept) over alleged corruption and falsification offences.

They are Amos Kng Eng Seng, 53, Luis Phay Nai Yang, 55, and Nicholas Koh Swee Siong, 50.

Phay was an assistant vice-president at Certis CISCO Security when the alleged offence took place.
