JAKARTA - The Brazilian government plans to take the

death of its citizen Juliana Marins while climbing Mount Rinjani

to a continental human rights body if the Indonesian government is found to have been negligent in providing aid.

The Federal People’s Defender Office (DPU) will take the case to the Inter-American Commission for Human Rights (IACHR) if the Indonesian government is found negligent.
