Singaporean actor-comedian Henry Thia is semi-retiring. The 72-year-old decided not to renew his contract with King Kong Media Production, which expired in March, the company announced on Tuesday (Apr 2).

Henry, who is affectionately known as Hui Ge, has been in the entertainment industry for more than 30 years and has been involved in numerous projects including variety shows, movies and TV work.
He has been with King Kong Media Production, owned by fellow actor-comedian Mark Lee, since 2017.
