Unique buffets in Singapore
Self-service buffet lines are back, which means you can finally help yourself to all the good grub without the assistance of the restaurant’s staff, the way the food gods intended. To celebrate the opening of the floodgates, we’ve curated a list of unique buffets for you to check out, ranging from Brazilian-style feasts to a croffle ice cream sugar trip.
1. Durian buffet: DurianBB

If the jelakness from eating one too many durians doesn’t bother you, then the DurianBB Party ($88 for one person) may be right up your alley.
Have your fill of different cultivars of Malaysian durians, such as Old Tree Mao Shan Wang, Tan Sri XO, and Tekka. But before you tuck in, Dato Paul, founding president of Malaysian Durian Exporter Association, will be delivering a masterclass on the King of Fruits. You’ll be stuffing yourself full of durians, and learning all you need to know about them.
