November’s shaping up to be an exciting month for foodies, with plenty of new restaurants and cafes opening across Singapore. Whether you’re planning your next weekend brunch or just looking for a new place to check out, here are 12 new restaurants and cafes in November 2025 to add to your must-visit list this month.

1. 5:59+ Cafe and Bistro

If cuddly pandas are right up your alley, don’t miss 5:59+ Cafe and Bistro’s opening, a popular panda-themed cafe from Chengdu. The brand has just made its international debut at 313@Somerset! You’ll find adorable drinks that come with panda gummies, as well as panda-shaped desserts, alongside a menu that blends Sichuan flavours with Western cuisine. 

As mala fans, we had to order the Mala Hot Pot Pizza ($27++), which tasted exactly like what we Singaporeans are so familiar with. They even have the Old Chengdu Mala Coffee ($9.80++), which came with a cute panda gummy. The beverage was spiced generously with dried chilli, star anise and more. Don’t forget to try the Sichuan Pepper Steak ($39++) too, featuring tender Angus sirloin with spicy Sichuan pepper bits for a fiery kick.
