Treat yourself to Lobster Nasi Lemak ($25) at Muslim-owned eatery Lawa Bintang. The lobster meat here is fresh and juicy, and comes layered with three types of cheese. It’s then garnished with herbs for added flavour. The best way to enjoy the nasi lemak here is to have a bite of lobster with a spoonful of their fragrant nasi lemak and crunchy ikan bilis, and then dip everything into their stellar sambal. If you’d like something less extravagant, get their Fried Sotong Nasi Lemak ($12) instead. Not only is it one of the most ordered items, but it’s also great value for its portion.
