New in: the renowned Chef André Chiang has opened Bon Broth, his first hotpot restaurant in Singapore! The new Raffles City restaurant, headed by the multi-award-winning Taiwanese chef, specialises in individual hotpot with two sets available: Deluxe ($110++) and Premium ($138++). Both sets come with six seafood items, three meats, an assortment of fresh vegetables, and a small platter with Fish Dumpling, Handmade Shrimp Paste, and Braised Beef “Three Treasures”.
