Seoul tonkatsu specialist Ojeje has chosen Singapore for its first stop outside Korea, after six outlets back home, setting up shop at Raffles City, right by City Hall MRT Station. The pork here is wet-aged before being breaded light and crisp, and the udon noodles are handmade in-house.
