Fei Zap Mai Laan (肥汁米蘭), a Shanghainese chain famous for its Hong Kong-style rice noodles, has opened its first overseas branch at VivoCity mall! The brand currently has over 60 stores across China.

They’re best known for their Signature Zhajiang Broth, a spicy and tangy soup that combines minced meat, pickled mustard greens, and chilli with a collagen-rich Cantonese bone broth. You can enjoy this in the Mighty Four Bowl ($13.90+), loaded with fish roe balls, ham, wuxiang, and char siew. Another must-try is the Pickled Punch Beef Bowl ($15.90+), where a spicy and sour suan cai-based broth is topped with sliced beef, beef tendon balls, tau pok, black fungus, bean sprouts, and coriander.
