Their crowning jewel is the Emperor’s Rice Dumpling ($25.80), where fragrant glutinous rice is packed with braised pork belly, dried scallops, lup cheong, salted egg yolk, and a mix of ginkgo nuts, chestnut, and shiitake mushroom. For a classic pick, consider the Nyonya Rice Dumpling ($8.30), starring tender braised pork and winter melon strips.
