Arguably the most famous stall in the hawker centre, Ho Bee Roasted Food consistently draws long queues for its succulent char siew, crispy sio bak, and tender roast duck. Fans praise the meats for being well-roasted and reasonably priced. You can get each on its own—Char Siew Rice ($4), Roasted Pork Rice ($4), or Roasted Duck Rice ($4)—but most go for a hearty combo such as the Roasted Pork Char Siew Rice ($4.50), or all three at once with the Each Person Set ($9.80).
